Super Cash thresholds and one-time use
A qualifying purchase of $25 or more earns one Super Cash coupon during an eligible earning period. A later purchase of $50-$99.99 can receive $20 off, $100-$149.99 can receive $40 off, and $150 or more can receive $60 off. Qualifying merchandise excludes shipping, handling, gift wrap, taxes, and gift cards.
Old Navy allows one Super Cash coupon in a single transaction, with a maximum discount of $60 per transaction. Separate available coupons may be used in separate eligible transactions while the redemption period is open. Super Cash cannot be redeemed with any other coupons or promotions. This means a promo code and Super Cash cannot be stacked in the same order.
Why an emailed code can fail
Since June 6, 2026, all customers can earn and redeem Super Cash; Encore membership is not required.
